RIP OFF



If this is what you like, then he is the dentist for you.

First you hang around in the waiting room then you wait again in the dentist chair. When he finally sits beside you, he will make some small talk, and then you will feel the pain of the needle piercing through your lips, gums, and the roof of your mouth as he injects you with the local anesthesia without rubbing any topical anesthetic gel (only $7/jar retail…and he can’t even put a dab on a cotton swab before injection).

Next, after injecting you with the local anesthesia, he vanishes to micromanage his staff and reappears 30 minutes later. Obviously, halfway through the procedure, you will feel the excruciating pain. You complain and he defiantly gives you another painful injection. Now during the procedure, he will manhandle your head like a Rubik’s cube. See the pattern here.

By the way, I almost forgot about his fees. His fees might be reasonable for your standards but he will not tell you about other sensible options; he will make the decision for you. He will sell you that shiny Mercedes Benz on the showroom floor but if you don’t ask about alternatives, he will not tell you about that new Toyota he’s hiding in the back lot.

Let’s recap. First you wait, next you will suffer the pain, and then he’ll manhandle your head while he micromanages his staff. On the way out, please leave your life savings on the front desk.

By the way, he also forgot to take a cast of my teeth before working on it, so when the bridge arrives, it doesn’t bite properly and he tells that it’s suppose to be that way.

Ouch…I ignored the earlier warnings. I’m so sorry I doubted you.

Total cheat!!!

I brought my daughter to Dr. Luban. He charged me additional/tooth for a sealant after doing her exam and cleaning.

In less than one year the sealants had come off completely and my daughter had developed 4 cavities at the places where sealant was placed.

I went to another dentist for cleaning and he did the examination and told me about the cavities and sealant missing.

I called Dr. Luban;s office, but he refused to even call back or take any responsibility for the inappropriate sealant placement that came out in less than a year.

His office staff said that 'he is finished' and will not see us at all.

I am going to call the licensing board and file a forma complaint.

In the mean time, I highly recommend to STAY AWAY from his office.
