British Weevils & Roaches at the British Shoppe !!!
During a visit to the British Shoppe, I noticed a roach running into the heat register from the floor. I mentioned it to the sales lady and she stated:”We don’t have roaches here.”
After shopping for some mouth watering irish soda bread and scone mixes, we left.
After arriving home, my wife started preparing the irish soda bread. After placing half the bag in a mixing bowl with water, she noticed little black beetle looking bugs in the mix. I called the British Shoppe and asked jokingly if these black bugs, which we later found out were weevles, were part of the mix. She told me that I could return the mix if it was still full. I told her that there was only half a bag still dry and she stated it could not be returned.
What a RIPOFF SCAM by a local business.

Everything english, its amazing, all the foods from home i love or thought i had forgotten, until i browsed the store in Orlando. British foods like my favorite Cadbury Flake! you can get everything British here from chocolate to Indian cooking sauces and of course good old strong british teas, my favorite PG Tips... also they have a great selection of Union Jack souveniers and gifts sporting the British flag, but most important i got my english bacon and scottish meat pies...try it, if they dont have what you have im sure they will try and get it for you, they got me Dettol, go figure.....

Provided by SuperpagesThey ripped me off. Took my order, sent the wrong item, wouldn't refund my money or honor the order I placed and have a receipt for. Thieves, total misrepresentation of the Britishh people. Would never order again, or suggest anyone else to.
