Angel Eyes Vision

I would not suggest using Angel Eyes Vision at the Mall at Barnes Crossing. They failed to inform me ahead of time that the later part of my Exam would be done via Video with the owner, Angela Milam, who is at the Memphis office. So after arriving early with all my paperwork completed and going through part of the Exam with a Tech and then waiting a 1/2 hour i was informed that they were having technical difficulties and could not establish a link with the Office in Memphis.
If i would have known ahead of time that any part of this appointment would be done through Video i would of not taken the appointment. So i wasted almost 3.5 hours of my day and drove 70 miles round trip for nothing. And when i voiced my displeasure they thought i was out of line for doing so and thought it was no big deal for me to come back down there.
