Louisville RV is THE place to go for service, parts, and accessories for your large or small recreational vehicle/camper. I have had our unit repaired and serviced (routine maintenance) by them. And I have purchased items to upgrade that unit. Their work has been oustanding. They have gone the extra 'mile', fixing or adding things I had not noticed, always after a phone call for customer authorization. There has never been a need to hesitate about the estimated charges. They are the nicest people you would ever want to meet and in whom you can trust. Today was special. I brought to them an accessory to my unit that was made in Australia; not purchased from them. I needed mechanical assistance to make it functional again. No question; the servicemen took it to their shop, not only got it working again, but took it apart, lubricated it, reassembled it, and gave me advice on how to keep it in good shape in the future. One could not ask for better professsional service. Thanks.
