What a great experience, from the time I first talked to Sherry on the phone on a Saturday until I drove my truck off the lot on Wednesday. In and out of the lot in an hour and a half.
I was treated with respect and the vehicle was exactly as it was represented on the internet.they say you get what you pay for. I got more.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I Don't recommend anyone to go here June I went to purchase a vehicle less than a week later my husband noticed the Transmission slipping we took it back they said it was fine a couple of weeks later I sent it back with the same issue they stated nothing was wrong but did sign a 12 month warranty for the Transmission a couple of weeks later the same problem they had me send it to midwest transmission it was in there for a week and a half for them to say nothing was wrong with the Transmission that it was a blown head gasket which they said was causing it to feel like the Transmission I went to pick it up the Transmission went out the next day I work two full time jobs have six children and nedded a reliable vehicle I only had it since June 21/16 it went out 10/08/16 I just want my money back

They are the worse I will never recommend anyone to go here even if it was there last option. They are very selfish and just looking for your money. Tammy is very rude disrespectful and don't have any type of good customer service.

Their sales people are awesome. However, a co-worker named Tammy is very RUDE and unpleasant. She should not be a customer service representative let alone be able to talk to any customers. Whether she is taking their payments or greeting them!

Their machanic tells me bad battery when fuel pump goes out, did not even make it home from shop when evaluated. Double payments. Vehicle shut off after makin doublepayment and being told to make another double payment within two weeks. Tryed to restructure loan,filed needed documents & signed paper work for it not to be enough now a very big inconvince.

Jeff the Sales Manager did everthing he could do get me approved with the down payment I had available. He was able to approve me even with a recent repo. There were circumstances involved in the repo. He took the time to listen and give me a second chance. Thank you Kwik Auto!!

I bought a car here years ago. My husband and I later bought another used vehicle from a regular dealership and seriously regretted it. Kwik Auto is friendly and honest. I went there because I needed to reestablish my credit, which they helped me do as well. They don't give you the run around and I would recommend them to anyone. Checking them out again soon.

Lot charges double KBB listing, my car had sand in the engine and ate the timing belt the day I drove it off the lot. Pressure you to buy the car you don't want and are snappy in the office. Do not recommend.

I purchased a 96 Chevy S 10 in November of 09, CHeck engine light was on, said they fixed it, it came back on, brought it back 4 times and they replaced the wires and plugs, still not the fix. Said they brought it to Cable Dahmer, said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. BULL. I have replaces both coil packs and it runs better but not fixed yet. Light STILL comes on. I have reported them to the attorney general. Oh and my truck should have never passed inspection to begin with, there is a visible exhaust leak with a bold missing, Exhaust problems need to be fixed upon inspection. I called the Missouri Highyway patrol Inspection Station and unfortunately once again they win. I could not file a complaint because I was too late in reporting it. However they are on the list of inspection stations to watch out for. Basically I got screwed royally purchasing this truck. They will get you when the warranty runs out and charge you out the wazoo to fix it. DONT BUY A VEHICLE HERE.

Got my truck in March. Actually came in to see a differnt one. Drove it once, and loved it. Put down a little more than I wanted, but my credit isnt the best. Payments are clicking along, and am actually a month ahead. I may be looking to pay off early, with no fees! Its nice to find someone willing to take the chance on someone with bad credit, not all of us are bad ppl.

I bought a van from them that worked well and didn'tt break down. Traded in the van for a truck and haven't had any problems with the truck. They are very willing to work with you on payment arrangements if you are having problems as long as you are proactive and don't wait until they are about to repo it to call them. I am about to pay my truck off and will buy from them again when I need another vehicle. Most loans are paid off in 18 months which is a plus and if you do the maintenance on the car that it requires you should be ok.

I purchased two autos from them. One caught on fire because it leaked oil. The second leaking oil, service engine light came on after 30 days. Would not do it. But, I paid both of them in full. Don't be late because they will hound you after 1 day.
