The service is exceptional.. a fabulios family owned business. Prices are to beat and response time is amazing. I will never use another plummer.... they even made a house call on their day off before heading to a sports game to ensure the hot water heater was turned off correctly before replacing the next day.

Alert alert alert******Beware of your local Chula vista area.

These guys are sneaky. We called them to get a quote for a Water Heater installation. They refused to even give us a ball park figure over the phone. They told us that they need to come out to give us an estimate. They wanted $1000.00 for the job and to also charge us for giving the estimate!!! My husband, who is a handyman did not have the time to do the job would NEVER pay for an estimate call! He argued with some kid on the phone. The other guy forgave the estimate charge after 20 minutes of arguing. The sneaky thing is that when my husband made the original call for the quote, they never told him there would be a estimate charge. Fortunately, my husband has a friend who is a plumber and did the job for free.

That's not even the worse part,

1.they could not come up with a License#.

I then looked up on BBB and they are not even listed.

2. I also noted address was completely wrong then the real listing.

3. The helper, this kid smelt like he bathed in mJ drug

4. The Ultimate disgusting part was looking up one of the owners name on business websites.

Googled names and information.

Shows a name that is Registered with Megan's Law. Anybody that is not aware of this, it is for Registered x Offenders.

Clearly there was no information given to me about who I was letting into my home.

I am not letting this go I will be informing the license board and hopefully next time you welcome a business in your home.
