West End Salon & Spa

I went for a 90 minute Ultrasound Facial. Actually it was 60 minutes because I was left alone to relax for 30 minutes during the procedure. At the end of the procedure I asked Aestetician which facial would be best for me.....she quickly said "this one" which happened to be the most expensive and I had gone using a coupon. When I called to schedule another appointment since I had been given a 30% discount on my next visit - I was grilled as to what type of facial I had received. The fellow I spoke with insisted that he had to know all the details of the first facial before he could schedule another with 30% discount. He finally offered me either a morning appointment or a 5 pm appointment. Neither of these were good for me. I finally gave up and told him I would call back. Of course, I never will.I would not recommend this Spa to anyone. I will return to my regular provider....while more expensive...they are up front about everything and don't leave me alone for 30 minutes during a 90 minute session. Beware of the West End Salon and Spa.
