This place is chill!Had a great experience! They set me up with a cup of hot organic green tea while I was waiting. When it was my turn they did a quick consultation, then I was off for the most incredible shampoo of my life! The haircut has been awesome too! Thanks Caroline! I will definitely recommend all my friends!!

I really wouldn't dream of going anywhere other than East Bank Hair, even in the hair salon heavy neighborhood of Mt Washington! The place is warm, professional and welcoming. Of course, the staff there is top notch, and Scott has been willing to work with me to indulge any whim I have regarding my hair. As they keep expanding services, they can only get better. Plus, the best selection of Aveda products anywhere. If there's any downside to this great place, it's the long wait to get a weekend appointment with Scott! I have and will continue to highly recommend this rather affordable and unpretentious salon to anyone!
