        Overall

        Not too impressed. I go in to order a hitch to be installed on my car and what I get is a week waiting period (after I had already paid in FULL!) before I get an appointment. No phone calls, letting me know when the part has arrived or anything. I had to call in and remind them. The service is terribly lacking.
