Worst Medical office I ever experienced

1 .Poor treatment- I had to adjust partials twice.

and suffer from tongue cut arised from some object ( doctor wouldn't tell me) in partials.

I couldn't chew or swallow hard food because of swallen throat made tongue wounds worse.

2. I had to change appoinment three times for same treatment ( pulling another tooth for partial adjustments.

And I had return on the fourth time because they didn't like my complaints on their confusion all over.

A) First cancel- Doctor found poorly made partials. He adjusted. I suffer painfrom cut on tongue and damage on throat

B) 2nd cancel- though wrong date of appointment.

Administer set me the day to puli tooth on the day that soecialist ( Dr. Robert) is scheduled off.

( No admistratation at all.)

C) 3rd cancel. They found they didn't give instruction to stop blood thinner.

Theuy fount this fact while I am with apron

under tooth pulling tools.

This report were taken from me from day one and nobody checked or given instruction not to take pills. until last moment.

D) 44th return--- they refused to treat me because Ii am complaining on their arrogant ,unprofessional manner, and por team work.

3 .No price schedule Doctor told me ( I didn't request) there will be no extra charge on adjustments of partials and office worker start agueing with me . Finally I hadto call Doctor to rpove it. Her comment was " You won".

They told me priceon tooth pulling should be charged I understand butwhy they are telling me this last moment.

They could ve told me a few weeks before as prior notice to chargeat the time we met.



This kind of errors and confusions ochstra my disappointment and suffer from un-announced pain My rating on this office is nothing but negative.
